Indian Cooking Recipe : Hare Chane
2 cups hara chana, boiled
1 cup onion, chopped
3 to 4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
8 to 10 baked puris, crushed
2 tbsp sev
Heat the butter in a pan, put the onions and fry till
the onion becomes translucent.
Put the green chillies, green chana, tomatoes, chaat
masala and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
Put the lemon juice and coriander and mix properly.
Garnish it with crushed puris and sev.
Ready to serve.
