Indian Cooking Recipe : Buttercup Orange Cake

Ingredients :

10 oz buttercup
10 oz castor Sugar
10 oz self raising flour
1 level tbsp cornflour
1½ tsp baking powder
6 eggs
1 orange extract juice
1 tsp orange rinds

Method :

Beat butter till white add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and beat until very light.
Fold in the dried ingredients, adding the juice and rinds.
Pour mixture into a greased baking tin. Preheat oven 350ºF and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
