Indian Cooking Banana Biscuits
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup sugar
½ ripe bananna
2-3 tsp water
2 tsp butter
1 tsp elaichi powder
Mix all the ingredients except water.
Knead the dough thoroughly.
Add water little by little to make a smooth ball of
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take a plastic sheet grase it with oil or ghee.
Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin
puri with fingers.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puir's at a time.
Repeat this for all the balls made out of dough.
Let them cool so that they become cripsy.
